Description

delucs website

DeLUCS is a deep learning clustering algorithm for DNA sequences. It uses Frequency Chaos Game Representations of primary DNA sequences to generate mimic sequences to self-learn data patterns though the optimization of multiple neural networks.

Environment Modules

Run module spider delucs to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_DELUCS_DIR - installation directory
